Work we're proud of

Four engagements, four different problems. For each one: where things stood, what we actually changed, and what the numbers showed afterwards. Every figure here comes from the client's own reporting — nothing is estimated.

The situation

A qualified health professional with real expertise to share, and an audience that had to be reached through content rather than reputation alone. In the 30-day baseline period we measured, the account recorded 71.7K views, 1,023 interactions and 84 new followers.

What we did

  • Personal branding — positioning the expertise clearly rather than posting generic fitness content
  • Short-form video as the primary format, built around questions her audience actually asks
  • Consistent content and copy across Instagram and LinkedIn

What this means

Short-form video became the account's main route to reach. A single reel recorded 575,602 views — several times the total views recorded across the entire baseline month. These are the account's own reported figures over an ongoing engagement; other factors contribute to any account's performance.

The situation

A paediatric therapy practice doing genuinely specialised work, with an account that almost nobody was seeing. In the 30-day baseline period we measured, it recorded 499 views, 10 interactions and no new followers.

What we did

  • Built content around the questions parents actually search for — signs of autism, hand flapping, developmental delays
  • Put the practitioner on camera, so the expertise is visible and attributable
  • Kept the format educational and non-identifying, without using client-facing footage of children

What this means

Explaining the subject clearly turned out to travel much further than promoting the practice. Over the later 60-day period the account reached 96,639 viewers with 4,244 interactions and a net gain of 428 followers, with educational short-form video accounting for the strongest pieces.

Selected work

Not every engagement is a growth story yet. One is too new to claim results, and one is here for the creative rather than the numbers — both are included as they actually are.

Institutional • Social ImpactNew partnership

DSWSC

The Delhi Society for the Welfare of Special Children — an institutional, social-impact organisation and DigiGrowX's newest partnership.

The situation

An organisation with years of meaningful work behind it and a digital presence that reached mostly people who already knew it. This partnership is new, so there is no baseline period to compare against yet.

What we did

  • Documented what actually happens at the organisation rather than announcing it
  • Built content around individual stories — including an alumnus's journey from the training ground to Sweden
  • Covered real moments and events as they happened

What this means

Story-led content about real people travelled well beyond the existing audience: the strongest piece was shared 527 times against 8,862 views — an unusually high share rate. It's early, and we're not claiming growth yet.

MITSCO Financial

Brand and content support for MITSCO Financial, plus its subsidiary profiles LendSpark and RedLion IMF LLP.

The situation

A financial services group running several brands — MITSCO Financial, LendSpark and RedLion IMF LLP — that each needed to communicate complex products clearly and look like they belonged to the same organisation.

What we did

  • Designed static creative for insurance, loans and investor-education topics
  • Kept one visual system across the parent brand and its subsidiary profiles
  • Made dense financial subjects readable in a single scroll-past

What this means

This is included as creative and visual-communication work. We're not presenting performance figures for this account, because the evidence available for the period doesn't support a results claim.

How we report

We care about the work we put our name on.

Every client is different, and not every result looks the same. We track what we can, we're honest about what's still early, and we only show numbers we can stand behind.

Where an account is new or the evidence is thin, we say so on this page rather than leaving it out. That's the same standard we'd apply to reporting on your account.

Maybe we can build something together.

Tell us what you're working on. We'll have a conversation and figure out the next step.
